HGU New York

This place is awesome and definitely feels like home. We even extended our stay so we could enjoy the room for another night, and explore this neighborhood more! Super cozy, clean and friendly staff and guests. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and stellar digs HGU! We will definitely be back! ❤🙏❤

So I'm going to say the place as a whole was not bad but we were not happy: the cable was not working for 5 days,we had to pay for cleaning service and I feel everything that we the about the hotel was  different: we made the best of our stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I enjoyed the hotel which has a lovely charm, and would love to come back when the additional facilities are open.

I just wanted to give a special mention to Jane at the front desk. She was very accommodating, friendly, and professional.

Very clean kinda secluded in a good way. I work in a Hospital nearby and stayed here a few days during the pandemic. Customer service was excellent even with them being short staffed.

I loved staying here.  M, running the front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly.  The rooms are a good size for new york and have everything you need.  It is a good walk to get to Time Square and Central park but personally I loved being in Koreatown
