The pizza I get is always DELIGHTFUL! The service when you come into the door is top notch. I have never had a negative experience with the service, the food or anything else for that matter. Thank you for all you guys and gals do!! 😁

You guys need to manage the employees and demand them to follow the guideline for workplace sanitation. I was in the store waiting for my pizza to be ready and saw an employee who was making my pizza with his bear hands which did not look like it was sanitized at all. Please be concerned about the COVID-19 safety guideline.

Worst possible experience ever. I ordered a pizza online put my credit order card in and placed my order. The money showed pending in my account of which I have plenty of money in there. When they arrived we where informed it was a cash order only. As if we where supposed to pay twice? So I said call your boss. As he did called the Bothell Washington store twice with no answer. He came back and said he could not get a hold of his boss and he was taking my family’s dinner back to the Bothell Washington store. At that point I was done and will not do business with this company again.

We got a burnt pizza when we opened the box at home and the manager was not at all friendly. Ruined kids fun, won’t order there again
